Growing a martial arts community
Public descriptions say the academy began on a small scale and grew into a lasting part of the Hickory community. Its emphasis combines martial arts skill with leadership, confidence, goal-setting and lessons students can carry into everyday life.
The program has been associated with karate competition and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu while maintaining a family-oriented teaching environment.
